Summary: The staff was amazing the suites were beautiful spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was beautiful the surrounding grounds were well kept. The kitchen and option to cook was a definite plus and the continental breakfast was great.

Summary: Room was clean and quiet, totally everything was clean and nice. What I didn't like about this property, they ask for a Credit Card for Security deposit of $150 and taking pictures of Driving License both sides. The person checked me in didn't give my DL back after having me to sign and initial few places. I went to my room to realize missing DL which I had to go back and ask for it.

Summary: Decent lodgings. Unfortunately, the second night there (5/7) at approximately 9:50 pm the fire alarms went off and did not fully stop until sometime between 1am - 2 am. There wasn't good communication about what was being done. The fire department never came and a woman next to me in the parking lot said the same thing happened a week ago at this hotel. No explanation or apology was given to me. The least the hotel could have done was type up a paper and slide it under the door explaining what happened, etc.

Summary: Booked a room for myself and my mother to attend a concert for Mother’s Day. We arrived at 2:40pm (check in was 3:00pm) from our train and the front desk person would not allow us to check in early. Okay, that’s fine. We checked in at 3:00pm, and went to our room. I went to use the restroom and when I lifted up the toilet lid it completely fell off. We went downstairs and requested a different room due to having limited time before our concert and wanting to change beforehand. They informed us there were no more additional rooms and fixed the toilet seat. When we used the toilet, it would not flush properly, and had to be fixed 3 times during our stay. When we left, it was still running. We did not clog the toilet, the tank would not stop running constantly. Tears in the sofa fabric with exposed cushion, and the safe did not work. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, kitchen is nice. I like that they use Dove products. They need to update their furniture and plumbing.

Summary: Housekeeping came once, didn't take the trash or clean the two sinks. My stay was three nights. Breakfast was good, steam tables worked well while closed but you couldn't open them completely because of the sneeze guard which steamed over when open so you had a hard time getting the food and seeing the food. The pull out couch in the living area had no or very weak springs and you were sitting on the frame, didn't use after the first try. Nothing offered bu the hotel staff to correct issue.
